Cathy was extremely communicative through the entire process. It was refreshing not to have to follow up with the lender instead of them keep us updated. 85% of the lenders are not communicative and it is extremely frustrating that you have to follow up with them to make sure they are doing their job. Not once did we have to do this with Cathy. Great experience with her.
